InitializeGalCivDrawManager FAILED to initialize the device.

i have buyed the game today on steam buy is not working, i falis to star with error "fail initialize display", i recently have format an install win 11, and change my graphic card from a gtx 980 ti to a rtx 5060, other games works fine.

Processor: fx-8150

motherboard: asus rog crosshair v

ram: corsair vengence ddr3 8gb x4

grapichs card rtx 5060

I presume you updated your GPU drivers when you swapped GPUs ?

yes, clean install, i swaped on wednesday of last week
