problems with uploads

Last two days I am unable to upload dream files. as soon as I click on a dream file I get this

 

Also getting code glyphs added to comments..... B)

Unfortunately I cannot make out what the popup says. Please repost this with a larger image on this thread. Thank you. I'm trying to get everyone with WC site problems to add a reply on the thread linked here so SD can act on them more easily.
