bought fences 6 upgrade, hit continue. The installer did NOT download

I just purchased Fences 6 upgrade.  I hit continue on the final page.  The installer did NOT download to the desktop.  I'm informed it's somewhere on a toolbar, but if so it's invisible.  I tried going into my account, found the list of purchases, and tried to get f6 down that way - but it says if I continue it'll charge over 60 bucks for several pieces of software in the cart.  

 

All help gratefully appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try looking for Fences 6 download link via your account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.

If you can't find it in there, perhaps there is an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Hi, I’m having a very similar issue after upgrading.

 

When you clicked “continue”, did you ever see a browser download prompt (like in Chrome/Edge), or was it completely silent? I’m wondering if the installer might have been blocked or auto-downloaded to the default Downloads folder instead of the desktop.

I finally figured out to get it to download - recall that I went through my account's purchases, found the recent purchase with the key; then ran the 'free' version but used the key and it installed.  Something like that.
