Start11 issues on a Dual Monitor Setup

Hi everyone.

I was about to purchase myself a license since I really love the way Start11 fits my needs. However I constantly face two issues.

 

I've got two screens:

1. A 3840x2160 screen that uses a 150% scale setting.
2. A 2560x1440 screen that uses a 100% scale setting.

Issue 1:
The Start menu as well as the right-click taskbar menu don't always scale properly. I can either get an upscaled menu on the Screen 2 or a non-scaled menu on the Screen 1. The issue goes away after some clicking around and bringing menus up here and there. I can't tell how to replicate this, it happens at a random.

Issue 2:
If I right-click the Start menu button the menu always only opens on the main Screen 1. It never opens on the Screen 2 even if I click the button there.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.  Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the issue still appear, we need more information on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number installed.
  3. Post videos showing us your issue should help us understand the issue better.
