loss of licenses

Hi.
 
In November 2024 I purchased a permanent Fences5 license for 5 computers. Ref. Invoice ID: IVWWLVJKPAMIZCOHKSZL6BK6HHNS4. Order ID: STARDOCK241128-4257-28394. 
 
On November 6th, I upgraded this license to Fences6, but i now realize that it only covers one computer. I therefore have lost 4 licenses. Ref. Order STARDOCK251106-7225-93135.
 
Nowhere have I seen that my upgrade would reduce the number of computers to be used.
 
Can you assist in correcting this error?

I'll look into this. You shouldn't lose seats when upgrading. Let me get someone on it.
