Feature Suggestion: System Tray Location Movement

Yet another thread griping about the rigidity of W11's taskbars. :p

For specifics: I like to play videogames frequently and, with previous Windows versions, have my primary monitor be my gaming monitor but have my taskbar and system tray on my secondary monitor where I can control things like volume settings without needing to minimize or shrink my game window. I looked into StartAllBack because I heard down the grapevine that it lets users actually move their taskbar around like in the good old days. And it does! (Cue the agony of finding out the hard way that they have 0 compatibility with Stardock programs.)

I'm willing to not use StartAllBack alongside Start11, and others have made threads and posts about having the taskbar be movable within Start11. I ask for something a bit simpler that works with the twin-screen taskbar "solution": a function to change where the system tray is displayed or used. Because as it stands, the system tray sits on the primary screen's taskbar, which...isn't helpful.

And before you want to mention, "Well just make your non-gaming monitor your primary monitor!", I need to bring this up: the vast, vast majority of games will launch primarily on the primary screen and many games today won't let you choose which monitor can be your default (annoying!) or they act funky if you try to move them from one screen to another (very annoying!!). The whole reason of wanting the taskbar on the non-gaming monitor is, as stated before, to control things like volume settings or mess with other windows while not messing with the game window itself.
