email change affecting upgrade

Hi,

I've been using Fences for years. I was looking at adding Multiplicity. Checking out the versions and prices, I could see I was offered an upgrade price.

Separately, I changed my email to my new one.

All fine, except now the upgrade offer has vanished. Is this correct and will the email change now affect my Fences renewal when it comes up?

Hello,
For account issue, it best to raise a ticket for it. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
