The background (see what I did there) on this is we are working on trying to stop all the bots that are hitting the site at an extremely high rate.

Just edited my upload and put the screenshot in again, all is well now.

Unfortunately the smilies are still off.

Downloads have taken a dive (not a problem) I think everyone is on holiday!  He He He ! 

Cleared history, cookies, etc. Rebooted. No joy. Still off. Even changed browsers twice. Time to take my advice about patience.

I will not be uploading anything here until all these problems are fixed. My recommendation... design a completely new site, transfer all files and then activate the new site.

Yes, it is there now Doc, I edited and uploaded the screenshot again, but now it is not showing on the home page.

Oh gee, now it's on the home page, but not showing the screenshot correctly, not showing the area I selected.

By editing it, you put in the queue I moderate, and removed it from the home page, etc. That's the normal way the site/Gallery function for any edit of a skin already displayed in the Gallery.

I pushed it through.

Issues with uploads and access to the sites have been answered in this thread and elsewhere. Things are expected to happen when rebuilding the site in the background. There are a lot of things going on behind the scenes, so please have some patience. If an upload is not showing up as it should, the first thing to do is give it some time (a couple of hours) and see if it the issue resolves itself. If not, and THEN it's maybe the right time to DM one of us admins or make a post and we'll do our best to fix it one way or another.

Jan, before he edited his submission, it was showing just fine, although he couldn't see it. I've pushed it through. It's back up and should get to the home page soon. The site/gallery are functioning correctly. I think it's a browser issue. I could be wrong, though. Anyway all's copacetic. Time and patience should resolve all, hopefully the smilies, too.

Folks, let's let the dust settle. If you can, hold submissions for 24 hrs. while things shake out.

Thanks for everyone's patience. I think I have cleaned up issues for:

• Smiles/Digicons not showing
• Forum Images not showing
• Logins failing
• 100MB+ uploads

Let me know if there is any outstanding or new issues that I should be aware of.

So...if I'm understanding you correctly...we don't have to be patient anymore?
