Can't activate Start11 v2 and WindowBlinds after reinstalling Windows

It asking me to activate offline, I followed the steps, the website doesn't work either, click submit and load forever

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This has been reported on another thread. Perhaps it is server down issue. Please try again later. I already forward this issue to support. I believe it should be sorted out when they come in later today.
