ObjectDock 3 will not load my icon folder; and an anomaly that might be related

I just updated to OD3 from OD2. Now, when I add a link to a dock, several things have changed. OD3 no longer loads the icons from my icon folder. The inner containing folders are there but no icons. When I add an icon manually, it shows fine on the dock but looks different when I go into 'edit an icon'. See attached files. Note that the icon in the window is grayed out, yet the same window in an older link, made  with OD2, is not grayed out.

I have tried all the solutions I could find in this forum, and online. Can ya'll help?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure about those Steam icons.

For that empty icons library, have you tried add to library option? Please review my short video below and try that steps in your system.
