Frustrated -- Need Answers to Simple Request

Other Post Deleted - Not Very Helpful

So my other post was deleted.  How helpful is that?....

I need a W9.

I need to know the AR contact email for the company.

I'm TRYING to get your software approved through Lexion so it can possibly be used as an enterprise level service for all business units owned by our parent company.

Can't get anyone on the phone.  Loop-di-loop for any option selected.  A 2-minute phone call would have resolved this by now.  But instead, I have to waste more time creating another post because the first one was deleted. -_-

Unbelievably frustrating -- especially when it could possibly bring your company more money.

Strange, I see your tread still on and not deleted: https://forums.stardock.com/540774/. Also has you tried the ticket creation route?

Thank you,

Just to set the record straight: Your cryptic prior post was answered by several people who could not understand what it's purpose was and inquired what you needed, however you did not reply to those questions.

When I clicked on the link in the email that was sent from Stardock, it said the post was gone.  I was not able to locate it, even in my message center.

Also, there was nothing "cryptic" about my message.  It was simple and straight forward.  I need the W9 for your company.  I need the AR contact.

Thank you for sharing the link.  Again, when trying to access from the link in my email, it said the post was gone.  I think more specifically it said the post had been blown up or something silly like that.  I couldn't access it from my message center either.  Nothing showed at all.

Since there are two threads dealing with the same topic, I'm locking this thread. I have given you the email address to contact Stardock for all the information you need here: [email protected] or you can avail yourself at this link, also

https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/79.

Again, there is no phone number published, but you can certainly request it in your email.

I've submitted a request already; thank you.  Another person has also forwarded my information to corporate sales, and will have someone reach out to me.

Thanks so much for your response.
