Hi!

Where is Stardock support?

Just installed Fences 6 and my desktop icons have run bezerk...

They switch back to default at random,

Help! What should  do?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First,p lease try, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it.

If the issue still appear, need more details.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Fences version installed.
  3. Was this a new Fences install or an upgrade from older Fences version?
  4. Post a video showing your issue would help us understand the issue better.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I have not yet had time to try your suggestions

but I have another peculiarity to report:

I have created fences and set the transparency

to zero but in spite of this when I click an icon

in the fence I most of the time activate the

icon that is behind on the desktop. Annoying….

This is an upgrade from a previous version

(4.21 I think) which had none of these problems.
