Activation problem after upgrade

I didn't realize upgrading multiplicity this morning would entail an hour plus of downtime. After the install completed and did the required reboot, always fun to shut everything down. The primary computer insists it's a secondary now and I need to activate in order to reconfigure the system that was running just fine before the upgrade. I am getting this screen using the product key that was emailed to the address I am using in the activation dialog.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually this issue has to do with your registered email address have a typo in it or if you paid using Paypal, it might make your product key get link to your paypal email account.

If not true, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
