How to uninstall?

Windows 11 25H2 Build 26200.7623

I initially installed version 2.16 as I'd used it on 10 but then saw it wasn't compatible with 11 but FX4 won't install - keeps telling me to uninstall the previous version.   However, it's not showing up in All Programs nor in Glary etc for me to be able to uninstall it - tried it a couple of times but just can't figure out how to progress.  Can I just delete the folder & links within *App Data* ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge part of these steps as mention here : [Link]. Reboot after the purge.

Great - next question - if I then install the latest version do I have to pay again for it or how do I get the new activation key since my key relates to the 2.16 version?
