Fences 6 Lifetime license offer missing

from Stardock Forums

Hello,

I've Fences 3 on Steam. The other day a window popped up with an upgrade offer to Fences 6, I didn't have time to check it out but made sure not to tick "don't show this offer again".  However it's not popped up since.  Where can I see details of the offer? It was something like Fences 6 lifetime for $20.

If you did not tic the box, it should open again when you open the Fences 3 UI.
