Hi I'm trying to help a friend of mine, he's bought Object Desktop but is not seeing IconPackager on the list, is there a reason for this? Is it being discontinued?
IconPackager has not been discontinued as far as I know. Try downloading the app directly from his Account Downloads page.

Thank you for that reply but when I look at his account it doesn't have that on there at all. I'm going to attach an image to show what his account products looks like.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From the list below, it look like Icon Packager no longer listed under Object Desktop pack. There are new app added Connection Explorer and DesktopGPT

Understood so pretty much the people who do still have it while subscribed previously are grandfathered in or will it be phased out in future?
No, from what I know, any application listed when if you first subscribe ObjectDesktop, will still appear under your active subscription Object Desktop app list. This is why I have such a long list in under my account. Most of them already not included in current list of product under Object Desktop.

I can tell you been subscribed for way longer than me lol at least I now know whichever apps you have when subscribed sticks with you as long as you keep your grandfathered subscription! Thanks for the assist!
