Start 11 All Programs List Problem

Okay, so this is serious...

Why is Start 11 populating the All Programs list with ALL of these app/program shortcuts? I have 43 of them! 
Yesterday, I followed the bread crumbs back to C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\S10\ and renamed the folder to WTF.
Yet, today I find the folder and all shortcuts have returned.  Screen shot linked in case it helps.
How/where do I disable this nonsense?
I looked at Configure Start 11... > Start Menu > Configure Menu > All Programs List. But I don't see anything there to control this behavior.
