firefox save dialog is strange

save dialog looks like windows vista one and cannot skin or use the traditional modern file dialog

Save dialog in firefox is strange and not skinned properly in Windowblinds.. even in the exclusion list is still somehow with this strange behaviour opening like windows vista dialog. can this be changed?
