Hi,
I'm using the latest version of Fences 6, but I'm unable to adjust the colors. I've already uninstalled it using "purge" and reinstalled, but this didn't help. Is there a solution to this? Thank you.

It appears you are using a significant number of desktop enhancements, based on the appearance of your taskbar and desktop. It's likely that one or more is colliding. Can you share which you are using? Thank you

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First please check if this is enabled. If it was off, turn it on, and perhaps, restart explorer.exe.
If it is still and issue, please try Clean boot and see if the issue still there: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1332445272/Fences+Clean+Boot, Do note that Clean boot need to be done with care. Try it and report back.

Sorry, I don't see the option" Transparency effects" in Fences 6.20
That is from your Windows Setting. Also, please see Dev respond, asking you for some information in his reply#1.

If you uninstall all those other desktop enhancements, reboot and retest it does the issue still appear?

After looking at the Bitdock site, I would say this is most likely the issue. Try Basj's suggestion in Reply #6.
