Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more. 

1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build numbers. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
2. Windowblinds full version numbers.
3. Is the issue appear on any Windowblinds theme? Does it an issue if you use Theme like 

From what I see WB is not skinning CMD by default. What did you do to force it to skin it?
