"Unable to activate Start11 v2" - purchased via Steam
Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer.

Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer.
Sequence of events:
- Reinstalled Windows 11.
- Installed Steam.
- Installed Start11 v2.
- Receive dialogue "Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer."
- Click "Continue" to "...deactivate on the other computer and proceed with activation on this computer."
- Dialogue disappears.
- Dialogue reappears.
- Rinse and repeat.
I tried:
- Logged into Stardock account using Steam ID.
- Paired Steam ID to existing Stardock account (which I previously created when purchasing Fences outside of Steam).
- Check the products in my account, only Fences is displayed.
- Logged out.
- Logged in again with Steam ID, still only Fences displayed in my account.
Please assist.
