"Unable to activate Start11 v2" - purchased via Steam

Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer.

Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer.

Sequence of events:

  1. Reinstalled Windows 11.
  2. Installed Steam.
  3. Installed Start11 v2.
  4. Receive dialogue "Unable to activate Start11 v2, as it's currently active on a different computer."
  5. Click "Continue" to "...deactivate on the other computer and proceed with activation on this computer."
  6. Dialogue disappears.
  7. Dialogue reappears.
  8. Rinse and repeat.

I tried:

  1. Logged into Stardock account using Steam ID.
  2. Paired Steam ID to existing Stardock account (which I previously created when purchasing Fences outside of Steam).
  3. Check the products in my account, only Fences is displayed.
  4. Logged out.
  5. Logged in again with Steam ID, still only Fences displayed in my account.

Please assist.
