Hi,
Please help. Cursor FX wont activate even after new Object Desktop license being purchased.
Error Code -212. Please contact support.
Followed FAQ for this error code - however no Cursor FX folder present so unable to delete anything.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
As already mentioned, that FAQ did nothing. There is no folder for Cursor FX to delete.
Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
