Stuck On Wait

So a ship was on idle, moved him and finished that process. Now when I want to end the turn I can't. I can't save either options are greyed out. All I can do exit the game. The game is broken because it is stuck on WAIT. Please fix or is there a solution to this?

Hey, if you load an autosave does the issue persist? If so, could you share a save file?
