Paid but not received any software [Resolved]

I have just paid for a 1 year subscription for Object Desktop but not received any links to the software or confirmation of purchase but the money has been taken from my paypal account but not received anything from you

You should receive an email to the address you used for purchase. Check your email and make sure the response didn't hit your spam folder.

It should look something like this:

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try looking into your account product page and see if it is listed in there. It should, if the email address you use when purchase is the same as the one you use to create your Stardock account.

It's probably best for you to submit a support ticket for this issue.

Just remember Stardock is officially closed for Christmas and it might take a while for you to receive a reply.

Choose "Product not received" and describe your problem.
Supply all the documentation you can.
Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick you to the back of the queue.

If you paid using paypal, it is known that paypal purchase usually link to your paypal registered email account. If you have not yet, please check that email account. If it does not appear there, please raise ticket as mention by pelaird.

All is good now

I kept checking my account and the license appeared late last night.

Still no confirmation email but I have the software

Awesome! So much great software. If you haven't used Object Desktop before, each app you download is licensed separately, but all use the same OD license or product key. You can also download any of the apps directly from your Account Download page at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products :grin:
