Installing a new app (connection Explorer) does start, but is downloading incredibly slowly. 2.3Mbps

2.3Mbps is an incredibly slow download. And yes, I did check that my normal connection speed was working fine. (400Mbps)

I don't expect download speeds at my actual connection speed. Even no where near. But 10-20Mbs seems like it would be reasonable.

Especially since this is paid for software, so given that, I would expect a somewhat higher service level...
