"Control Panel" and "Settings"

Currently, Control Panel and Settings use the same tooltips and the same icon in Windows 7 Style with icons.

Here is my suggestion for the “Control Panel” tooltip, which should be added to the file "Start11Config.exe":

"Opens the Control Panel to manage advanced settings and options."="Opens the Control Panel to manage advanced settings and options."

Here is the tooltip that is intended for "Settings," but is also used for "Control Panel," which is unfortunate:

"Change settings and customize the functionality of your computer."="Change settings and customize the functionality of your computer."


This is what the Windows 7-style Start menu would look like with icons if my suggestion were adopted and the correct icons were used.

In my view, this is a bug and should be treated as a priority. Instead of adding new features, the reported bugs should be fixed first.
