Cannot create new tab from Home on windows 11

This happens when I have several tabs open and one is highlighted, that is, the focus is on that folder.  Clicking the "+" on the tab bar opens a new tab in the folder that is highlighted, except when the highlighted folder is Home on Windows 11.  When the focus is on Home, nothing happens when I click "+".  The attached image illustrates the situation.

I vaguely recall that I used to be able to open a new tab in Home.  This is very useful since the purpose of the Home folder is a launchpad to frequently used folders.

I purged and reinstalled the latest Groupy2 and the problem persist.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few more details.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Groupy full version numbers.
