Taskbar resolution not the same on 2 screens

Hello,

I bought 2 new screens "DELL S3225QS" (16:9)both use the same resolution 3840*2160 HDR is Off.

When I start Windows, I get this size on both screen
Before

When I launch an application, the main screen icons size become like this but the second screen stay like the image above.

I'd like the same, second image, on both screen when Windows Start.

I didn't have this issue with my previous screen DELL 34" (21:10)

Is there a parameter to fix this ? A bug ?

Thanks,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the issue still appear, need few more details.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number installed.
  3. Both monitor is using same Windows scale? 100%, 150% etc?
  4. Post a video showing this issue, would help us understand the issue better.

Thank you,

From your video, I see the taskbar icons get shrink down a bit since your taskbar is at almost full with pinned item. So when you launch an application, Start11 try to make space for that application. Perhaps, try to cut down on pinned apps on your taskbar and use your Start panel to pinned application. Start11v2 come with tabs so you can pinned more applications on it.

Just as a suggestion, here what my taskbar and Start panel look like,

Thank you,

If you are not using enhanced taskbar in Windows 11 then in newer versions of Windows there is a setting to use small icons when there isn't enough space.  I imagine you are running into this.

It is under taskbar settings in Windows.
