How to reapply ShadowFX after hibernation cycle?

I’ve bought Stardock ShadowFX and I love it, but I always hibernate my computer (because fast shutdown is the same as closing all apps, then hibernate, so why bother closing the apps, right?

But when I bring my computer out of hibernation, ShadowFX doesn’t work anymore. I have to open ShadowFX, change the preset to anything else to make it work again, and then switch back to custom.

Is there a way I can do this with scripts? I can automatically run a script when my computer goes into a hibernation cycle, and another one when it comes out of it.

I tried restarting the ShadowFX service, but that doesn’t make any difference. Nor closing the Stardock ShadowFX program and restarting the service.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your Windows 8/10 version and OS Build numbers. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.

Any update on this? Its getting annoying, and I start to seriously regret buying the software.
