connection explorer, GREAT, except... really needs to be resizable

i have this problem with a lot of stardock software and it's really kind of frustrating. i have mentioned before that the start11 config window, among others, is just too wide for my tablet in portrait mode. now connection explorer [which i really like] has the same problem. the reply before was inadequate - there is sufficient wasted space in the relevant the windows to make them narrower, but the real solution is to make them resizable with scrollbars as needed. i can't get along without start11 and groupy, but i sure wish i could see the whole config window [app window for connection explorer]. i have many apps that can handle portrait mode that have much much more information in the window yet work fine. matlab, vscode, malwarebytes, and on and on. Pretty please?  :-)
