Windowblinds Wont apply anything keep getting error message

Anytime I try to appy style to desktop I get the following error. I do not own ESET antivirus. I have Windows 11 25H2. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. This issue could come from any system that have similar setups with setting on HIPS, try looking this guide and see if your Anti-virus/Security software have similar setting which you can set as such.
