Upgraded my Fences 4.0 5 license to 6.0 single license by mistake wanted 5 license version how do I change

I had the Fences 4 license for 5 computers and due to mistakes when upgrading to Fences 6.0 I selected single license I don't want to buy the 5 license version again I just want to upgrade to it. How can I do this? I will be happy to pay the difference.

The best bet is to submit a ticket for this change.

Choose "Ask a question" and describe what you want to achieve.
Supply all the documentation you can.

Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick you to the back of the queue.

Thank you I think I already did that hopefully in the right area. I am waiting to hear from them nothing so far tried calling, but it is all automated can't talk to a real person anymore sadly. I guess that is what the future holds.

I am hoping to get an answer soon. Thank you for your help.

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, saying they received your request. Depending on how many people are in the Queue, you should get a response within 48 hours.

It's been over 24 hours now since I asked the question still no confirmation or reply should I resubmit my request again?

No I had done it earlier and you said to wait 24 hours or it might be moved back of the queue. Should I resubmit using that link.

Please check your Fences 6 license again at your convenience.  You'll find it can now be installed and activated on up-to 5 concurrent PCs.

If your email client allows rules, you should create a rule to allow the sender on the email address that got caught by your spam filter, or add it as a safe sender to avoid this issue in the future. :grin:
