exclude factions from randoms

Hi,

 

I like to start with random factions. But I'm sick of Drengin. No matter what, I always get them in my games.

I wish there was an option to exclude them from random faction choice. 

If I could wish for a feature, this would be my top 1.

I'd like this feature to, but for different reasons, e.g. I don't want 3 types of terrans in my game.
