Cannot login to GC4 forums on new laptop

I'm setting up a new laptop (posting this from my old one), and when I try to login to forums.galciv4.com from it tells me that my account is not validated. It asks me for an email address to send a validation email to, but after I enter my email address no email is sent (tried multiple times, waited overnight). 

I've tried both Firefox and Brave with the same result, both of which allow me to login on my old laptop. 

I sent an email to [email protected], but got a reply telling me to post here. Good thing my old laptop is still working so I can.

Working with Publiius of NV was able to get them logged in to Firefox by copying the profile over to the new PC to get around the issues.
