unable to activate Fences 6

from Stardock Forums

I try now for 2 day to activate Fences 6.

 

I tried all below still without any activation:

if the 212 error persists, please try:  

 If offline activation guidance is needed, please see: 

Even when I do the offline activation it tells me that the response-file has no valid license for this computer..?!!

When I try to activate with my key and the email I get always this error:

 

How can I fix this?

Hello, 
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps, your activation key was registered under different email address. If you was using Paypal when purchasing, try using your email that linked to Paypal. Or there are possibilities of typo on the email while purchasing.

If all fail, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thank you for the reply. I raised already a ticket with all the necessary information's. The email from the latest buy is the actual that is also here in my account. I had my accounts merged, because before I had another email for all the other products I have.

Let's see if this will be resolved soon.
