reinstall?

tried posting on support link but had no luck because not very user friendly

from Stardock Forums

Had to uninstall due to technical problems with my computer cannot figure out how to reinstall Without having to pay again Because the only link I can find only gives me those options or to activate free trial hopefully I don't get charged
