Cannot activate DeskScapes 11

Will not accept the product key

Hello,

    I purchased and downloaded DeskScapes 11 from https://store.stardock.com

Order Number is 5126995

Purchase Date 12/02/2025

I was able to download and install the product with no trouble, however I keep getting pop-up messages saying that DeskScapes 11 is NOT activated.  I enter in my Product key, but it reports back that it is the wrong key???  I've had the key emailed to me, it was given to me when I purchased it, and yet for some reason, it refuses to accept the key.  

"Product Key", "Registered To", "Activated On"

"Keynumber", [email protected] "blank"

I don't get it.  I've been using StarDock Software since 2011. Specifically DeskScapes 10.  When I installed DeskScapes 11, it removed DeskScapes 10.

How do I fix this ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps your purchased was registered under different email address. To check, go to your product account page and see if the product listed in there: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.

If it is not listed. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
