Pop up asking Enter a Product Key or Purchase a product key

Pop up window keeps returning / EXTREMELY ANNOYING

On 11/20/24 Made LIFETIME purchase. IT IS WORKING FINE on this one and only computer. On same day, I first also purchased an annual subscription because of confusing ads.  I didn't want the annual subscription, I opted for the LIFETIME one. Probably didn't cancel the annual order because too confusing to try to cancel. This might be causing the pop ups.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try these steps. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260552209/Error:+212+or+Product+Keeps+Prompting+to+Activate. Once that folder is deleted, you will need to re-activate again. This time please make sure to enter your "permanent" license Key number.

I went to the site and got the following response:  COULDN'T SHOW THIS PAGE     YOU MAY NEED TO SIGN IN ... YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PERMISSIONS  OR  THE PAGE HAS BEEN DELETED.

There was no place to sign in so I signed in to my Stardock account. Still no permitted to see the page.

Can I make the necessary changes from my account in Stardock.com??

BETTER YET ... YOU make the appropriate  changes. You could probably do it in two minutes and save me HOURS OF AGGRAVATION.

Unfortunately, I can't help on account issue directly. What I can do is suggest to you what you should do next. 

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

While I'm sure you are doing your best to help, I need VERY ACCURATE information. I have decided not to go through any more aggravation. I deleted Fences from my computer and BOUGHT another LIFETIME subscription. I spent a few dollars that I feel I should not have to spend but I just gave up trying to correct things through E-mail. There are plenty of large companies that still have live people assisting customers by phone, I strongly urge you to do the same.
