Black screen on the secondary computer in Seamless Display

 

Hello,

My secondary computer shows a black screen when connected using the Seamless Display feature. The mouse appears on the screen, but the display stays completely black and I can’t drag anything onto it.

I have Windows 11 on the primary computer and Windows 10 on the secondary computer.
The primary computer has an NVIDIA graphics card.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Multiplicity, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.  Install it, reboot immediately again. Do it on all both systems. Retest it and report back.

It would also be prudent to make sure your PC has all the updates and that your video card drivers are up to date.
