Import (old) Tab Launchpad settings into ObjectDock

Can I import all tabs and program shortcut from 'Tab Launchpad' (V 1.1.0) into Object Dock ?

Tab Launchpad is still my favorite tool on Windows 10, but starting up is very slow.

Sorry, I never use Tab Launchpad, but, reading about it, last was on 2008, it look like that will not work. However, hopefully someone else might come in and share some tips on it.
