I am trying to respond to a desktop advertisement asking me to purchase a permanent Fences 6 license for 19.95. I click on it and the price changes to 29.95. I would like to complete the purchase at the advertised price

I believe those prices changes with your purchase location, there is a small note at the bottom there mentioning that the price displayed not including taxes and currency exchange rate.

You are required to honor any advertised pricing if you wish to do business in the state of California. You can honor the price or I will be happy to file a complaint with the California State attorney general and provide them with this ad that you keep splashing on my desktop every time I boot my computer.
The price should be $19.99 as that's how it's currently configured; do you have anything else in your cart possibly?
Will send you a DM with a link that will work - this is rather odd as I see transactions coming through at the discounted rate but not sure why yours isnt moving through the flow correctly.
