Laggy mouse on secondary computer with Multiplicity

Follow up of https://forums.stardock.com/502733/

Hello,

I know that Multiplicity can sometimes have a laggy effect on secondary computers due to many reasons (like network) but also polling rate of the host computer. I have 2 remote computers that are reasonable fast (Ryzen 9 5900X | 128 GB RAM), both of each are connected through a 10 Gbps Fiber Optic SFP+ Mellanox cards, and one of them has the laggy effect while the other doesn't.

Since this is a known issue in Multiplicity, can we please implement throttling on the host side of the software to avoid the issue? I don't like having to reduce the report rate on my host computer just because of a limitation in software that could be easily fixed by throttling and aggregation. I don't mind having a lower report rate on remote hosts, but I do mind having to reduce from 1000 to 250 just to avoid the laggy scenario. It's getting to a point where I'm just considering abandoning Multiplicity.

Thanks
