How to make all tabs same size in Object Dock 3

I have Object Dock 3 on a new laptop, there are 6 tabs.  Screen res is 3840 across by 1200 vertical.

The first three tabs are nice and wide, the last three are very tiny.  How do I get the tabs to be  more equal sized, so that all the text is shown?

I know I can make it wider, but I don't need the dock across the entire top of the screen.  The first three tabs have a lot of unused whitespace on each side of the label
