[Improvement Request] Make the Windows 10 style start menu "All Apps" tab as wide as "Pinned Tiles" tab

If disable the full screen mode of Windows 10 style, the "All Apps" tab will shrink to the left, a large area of space on the screen has been wasted and not utilized.
