Unable to download stardock software

Is anyone else having an issue downloading updates to their object desktop applications? eg Start11 tells me I have an update, but when I click 'Download & install' it gets stuck downloading '0 bytes of 54.49MB' and just stops there. Also happening for Fences6 update, either through the application or using object desktop. I have tried browsing directly to cdn.stardock.us and it is timing out in the browser if that helps?

This has been happening for about 1 week now. I have an active object desktop subscription.

Sorry for the issues, almost certainly is going to be an IP related block, we have been getting hit by a ton of AI bots hitting all the forums and conveniently, all at the same time. 

Can you DM your IP address and I will take a look and make sure to get you download links.

I'm also have the same problem updating Start11v2

updater stuck at 0 bytes for weeks

A tracert to cdn.stardock.us [66.79.209.94] timeouts after reaching "tnmi-static-186-255-142-209.ip.telnetww.com [209.142.255.186]"

I tested and I can still able to download. Perhaps, you can DM Brad (Reply#1) your IP address, for him to review it.

I also cannot download direct from Stardock!

I finally had to use a VPN to download the latest version...

Bloody awful!!!!

As mentioned above, please PM/DM (Private Message) Brad your IP address, he will try to unblock your IP address so you can download it normally.

To PM, left click on his avatar, a drop down menu shall open->Choose Private message.
