Start 11 v2 transparency issues

I am running windows 11 Pro Version 25H2.  I have lost all tansparency on my START 11 v2 start screen.  Task bar continues to be transparent but not the Start menu.  I have been using different versions of START for many years but this is the first time that I have encountered this issue.  Is the problem with Windows updates or Stardock START.  Please help.

Make sure "Transparency effects" is turned on in the Windows Settings.
