Groupy not working for dual monitors since installing v2.3

Groupy v2.3 Win 11 23H2 

Since Groupy updated to v2.3 it now does not maintain windows monitor position.  Worked fine before!

On starting a group for monitor 2 that used to work it now spans both my monitors. 

Resizing to monitor 2 works but then selecting a tab within the group it jumps to Monitor 1.

This happening with two opened instance of Onenote - One on M1 (ungrouped) the other within a group on M2
