PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I cannot load saved games OR create a new game. Essentially making the game unplayable. Please Please Please somebody provide some meaningful help.

Do you have your user data folder in One Drive? That can cause problems.

Where is GalCiv4 installed? If I recall correctly, installing Steam and Steam games in a folder outside of Program Files can avoid some problems. For example, I have a separate C:\Games folder where I store all my games.

Its installed on my D drive in the steam folder, so outside of the program files.
