HERE WE GO AGAIN--BOUGHT NEW LICENSE & IT STILL WON'T WORK

WASTED ANOTHER HOUR

I bought a new license for START11 and it still won't work with the new license number.  Says it's an invalid license.

I can't activate through the Internet because it says the BRAND NEW LICENSE IS INSTALLED ON ANOTHER COMPUTER!

why can't i activate the new license?  This happened to me before and here we are again!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you're having an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

beatlesjunky, you are trying to activate Start11 v1.  I suspect you really want to install Start11 v2, yes?

To do so, use the installer that came with the purchase (should be on your receipt).   Even the trial can be activated with the key that should also be on your receipt
