Start11 doesn't display at startup

Hey,

I bought start11 and since the new update the Start11 taskbar doesn't display at startup. The app is active since once I restart the file explorer it's fine but I don't want to restart file explorer each time I boot up even with task planner

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps it was not installed properly. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available (v2.56 Beta) in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Hello,

I uninstalled Start11, reboot my computer then reinstalled it and reboot again but still doesn't change this behavior.
However I can't download the beta 2.56, I don't have any products in myaccount/products, I bought 5 keys throught this account, and I have the reciept in my order, that's all.

For your account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Okay

The product is now shown in my product.
Unfortunately, after downloading, installing the beta v2.56 and rebooting my computer. The issue still persists.

Please check few things.

  1. Check if you have accidentally enable Autohide taskbar in Windows taskbar setting?
  2. Check if you have any other 3rd party application which also changed how your taskbar and Explorer work. This might lead to conflict.

I had Explorer patcher installed. Wasn't having any issue before the update but now It works !
